  • Tours with Accommodation: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to receive a full refund.
  • Custom or Private Tours: Cancellation terms will be outlined and confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Free Changes: We offer free booking modifications, giving you the flexibility to adjust your plans hassle-free.
  • Third-Party Bookings (Viator, GetYourGuide, KLOOK, etc.): If you booked through a third-party agent, please cancel your reservation directly through them to process your refund.
  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure or missed pick-ups are non-refundable. In such cases, we recommend reaching out to your travel insurance provider, as you may be eligible for reimbursement.
